No large upfront payment is required. You simply pay your monthly subscription, making it easier to spread the cost of a professional website.

Your website is provided as part of your subscription. If you ever decide to leave, you will not be able to keep the site.

Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the size of the project and how quickly I receive your content and feedback.

Yes. Every website is fully responsive and designed to look great on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Yes. Fast, secure hosting is included in the monthly plan, so you don’t need to arrange hosting separately. It will be a recurring small payment every month if you choose the lump sum instead.

If you already have text and images, I’ll happily use them! If not, I can help write professional copy and source high-quality imagery.

If you decide to cancel before the full 12 months are over, you owe the lump sum of what the site would normally cost minus what you have already paid, as I prioritise a long term relationship with clients. If it is after 12 months, you lose the site but can always start another 12 month contract if you want to come back.

Yes. Every website is built using SEO best practices, including clean code, fast loading speeds, mobile optimisation, and properly structured pages to help your visibility in search engines.

If you don’t already have a domain, we can help register one for you or transfer an existing domain to your new website.

After starting a monthly or lump sum contract, during the creation period, if I can not design a website you are 100% happy with and you no longer want to proceed, then I will refund everything you have paid so far. If it is after the website has already been created, then no refunds will be available and will be at my discretion.
